Follow-up to my review... After reviewing my lease and my legal options, I've discovered that I am not contractually or lawfully required to pay for the 20 extra days that Heather is charging me for. After citing the laws, and requesting that she reverse the charges, she is STILL threatening me with extra rent that I do not owe and insisting I call a lawyer. This has caused me great anxiety and is unforgivable.
Heather Wri*** from Portland, Oregon is not only unpleasant but she will scam you out of all the money she can. She is charging me for an additional 20 days after my lease ends because the email I sent with my notice to vacate was not sufficient. She never responded to my email and is never in the office or available for issues. I am moving out because I can no longer afford my apartment.
