Treated very unfair when trying to buy a property in Dayton. I told Wes what I wanted to pay for the property and told him to ask his seller if the price was fine. Didn't hear anything back till I was going to fax over contract six hours later and was told the property was sold to someone else for more money. I was never told my offer was not enough.
