They made my work look better than it did before they came and fixed it
Just had Jason and Cody from JL Wilson Electric here in Thomasville do a small project for me. they showed up a week early, on time, worked very hard and finished in record time and also cleaned up afterwards! Greatly apprecited!! Great bunch of people and would highly recommend them!
Update based on the owners reply: Thank you for taking the time to respond. I’d like to offer some clarification from my perspective, and I also appreciate you acknowledging there may have been some miscommunication. The room being worked on was our child’s room , where the light switch was moved and the ceiling fan was to be installed. While there may have been a misunderstanding about the ceiling being painted, I was surprised the switch was left open with no update or clear next steps. Extremely disappointed with JL Wilson Electric. They initially came out on a Friday to give us a quote and move a light switch just a couple feet—from outside the room to inside. That same Monday, two electricians returned to check why two kitchen outlets on the same wall weren’t working. Instead of checking the breaker or doing any real diagnostics, they opened every outlet in the kitchen and even took down a light fixture, only to say “we can’t figure it out.” It took them two hours to do what I could’ve done in 30 minutes... read more
