Had an issue with a fairly new complete roof system. Staff at their office are great and quick to resolve issues. JL sent out repair techs relatively quickly after initial warranty inquiry to repair roof. Upon inspection an issue was found and repaired. Overall yes I'd recommend. Fingers crossed for no leak again with coming rains...

I have used JL Roofing for full siding and roof jobs, down to small patches on siding and installing a new ridge vent. Cambrie is always a pleasure to deal with and she stays in constant contact keeping me up to date. I moved to NC 3 years ago and have used them twice on a rental property I own in PA, even at 500 miles away they are great to work with!
I have been needing a roof as everyone else in the development has been replacing their roofs and I had a couple water marks showing up on my ceiling. JL Roofing came out, looked at everything and gave me a quote. I had 5 roofer quotes and JL gave me the best deal. Their roofing crew was top notch and knew what they were doing. I had a full roof replacement in 2013. A problem occurred in 2024. They came out evaluated the issue, fixed it, and in this case didn't charge me. While I love something for nothing, I would have gladley paid a reasonable fee. When I asked what I owed then, Jennifer said nothing. I have great respect for there business ethics and policy.
