Received several quotes, 6 to be exact. Jacob the owner came in with the best price and he used top of the line products, two new skylights, gutters and new chimney cover. His company is a GAF certified installer. Jacob installed UHDz 3/4inch plywood which is thicker than recommended. I’d highly recommend his work.
This is the second time I have used JL Roofing (Mauricio) for my new roofs. He replaced the main roof, sunroom roof and the shed roof. As well as the skylight in the MB, new attic fan and new gutter guards. He did my roof 23 years ago and did a professional job. It was a no brainer to call him back. I never had a roof leak or issue in those 23 years. His roofing team are professional, courteous, and very good mechanics.
