Have had Lucas do a lot of work for me and my family. Did a complete garage conversion to a bath, closet, and bedroom for my elderly parents. Was great with them! He did a large pole barn and complete basement finish out for me. It included egress window on one end and converting it to a walkout at the other, a theater, bedroom, wet bar, full bath, and lots of living space. Couldn’t recommend him enough! Lucas is top notch all the way.. He worked through multiple obstacles that pop up on a lake cottage renovation on a real challenging old house.. came in at budget and on time..offered numerous solutions and took care of a lot of stuff that he probably was not contracted for.. on top of all that, he’s a really good guy and a real family man!!!
Lucas fixed our sink for us after having leaking issues and helped us pretty much the next day. Very happy with how fast he was ready to help
we just finished a new build with Lucas. The original intention was for a renovation and addition but our foundation was not sound. He was great with the changes and extra costs that came from this surprise. He was upfront and crystal clear and kept costs very reasonable for us. Wonderful experience! Lucas was professional, responsive to texts and had very precise/clean work. I am thankful I found him. If you are looking for renovations or a new home build look no further! They are awesome!!!
