They did an ok job on our nails overall but it took 2 hours because they did not have staff for the appointments I booked in advance and it was quite overpriced compared to other local salons. Won't be back.
Got the cat eye look done by james he did a very good job theyre friendly and very gentle most shops ive gone to make my nails hurt after.
Very disappointed. Love the color but she put 4 layers of gel polish on top of 3 layers of dip. My nails feel so heavy. My first experience with only dip was great. The nail tech said doing dip + gel polish was the same as just dip, it’s not. I wont be going back to pay $48 plus tip.
I've given this salon multiple chances because it's close to home and I like the environment. However, I have received 2 very bad manicures. The most recent time, they did the complete opposite of what I asked for, including the shape, length, and materials used. I explained what I wanted multiple times, even halfway through the manicure, and they still didn't listen. My newest set I got done today. I absolutely love it. This was my 2nd visit here and I dont have any complaints from either visit. Everyone is so kind, they do a great job, very friendly. So glad I finally found a nail salon that Im happy with.
