I bought a used Subaru forester from here bc I needed a car ASAP. When I went to register the car in my home state, my paperwork was incomplete so I contacted JL motors so that they could fill out the old title correctly. This dude went and found the previous owner of the car and got HIM to sign so that it wasn’t a “dealership” transaction. Super sketchy but I was in desperate need of a car. I walked in after messaging Vince and the next day I walked out with a impala Mario went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable however the car that they gave me was horrible it was basically a lemon they neglected to tell me about all the problems the car had I took it to a mechanic it had about 5 issues and the most expensive one was over 3000 to fix all in all the people are nice but the cars not so much I put $1500 down had the car for less than a week gave it back because it couldn't pass smog and all the issue... read more
Have been trying to speak to someone for 5 days. Received a text last night saying they were overseas, but when I asked if they worked for JL Motors ... No Reply. What's going on there?! Will be reporting them to the BBB!!!
Do not use this shaddy dealership, if you even want to call it a dealership, yea right!! They are crooks taking advantage of people who do not know cars. Advertise a clean title and show up to find that it was very obviously in a wreck and was a restored title, hardly the case. Horrible paint, interior damage, missing parts. They are absolute liars and cheats trying to pass off horrible vehicles for road worthy. ABSOLUTELY DONT WASTE YOUR TIME AND $$$$.
