I wish more dealers were like this one I love this dealer. I purchased a used Mazda Tribute from them a few years ago. It was a great choice for a used car, and it has given me little trouble since. Words can't describe how great service is. I had a headlight thing melt and they found just the piece needed instead gauging for a whole new assembly like another place did. I would and have recommended them to anyone looking for a new or used car!
Highly recommend I have gotten several cars from here, both new and used. They are ready for your appointment and are not high pressure. The staff is courteous and knowledgeable. I would get another car from here.
Where you are more than just another appointment I have been buying my vehicles at J.L. Freed for almost 20 years now. The sales and service staff are both extremely helpful and friendly. It is one of the few dealerships I have ever dealt with that truly understands the value of their customers.
Very Good for Used Sales I bought my car at Freed a little over a year ago. The salesman was very service oriented, and took a lot of time to answer questions. He knew a lot about the car, and was very knowledgeable all around. When it came time to sign the papers, he was also very adept at handling my paperwork even though I was in the transition of changing my last name to my married name. Body shop work - OMG! Just picked up my Accord for minor front end body shop repairs. I wanted to cry. The paint is horribly mismatched, there are paint lumps and chips under the clearcoat, panels are misaligned, bumper cover is loose, and overspray on the fender liners. The overspray was odd because the insurance covered removing the fender liner. Obviously they didn't but took the labor hours. I'm sorry I used JL. Purchased 3 new Hondas from them.
