I’ve had J L Brady for years. There level of customer assistance can’t be met by anyone else. I had my AC installed in 1987! It recently started making noises. Zach came out the first thing the next morning and checked it out determining that it was time (way past time) for a new one. He gave me a bid. Blake (Fred, only he will understand the name) came out today to install. The work was top notch and in a timely manner. Such a nice guy and good work. I highly recommend this company.
In the midst of this summer's first lengthy heat wave, our 7-year old air conditioning unit decided one evening that it no longer wanted to cooperate with us! On short notice the next work day, a Monday when everyone with a bad a/c unit was likely calling in for help, JL Brady's service dispatcher, Molly, was able to send service technician Logan out to our house by 9:30 am, truly remarkable considering the likely high customer demand for service at that time.
