I recently scheduled a tour of one of JKI’s listed properties. My agent contacted JKI and was told we couldn’t view the listing until today due to the listing being rented for the weekend. Being from out of town, we agreed to stay an extra day to tour the listing. We requested information the previously Friday without response from the selling agent. We recently sold our vacation home in Lincoln Beach after listing it with John. We decided to sell because we were just not getting the use of the property as much as we would have liked. The process was somewhat difficult because we were absent during much of the sales and marketing aspect of our property. Most of our dealings were through email and texts. John was most accommodating and very responsive to any questions and needs.
