Awesome service! I have been extremely pleased with this shop and the owner Lawrence. I have had great service and my car runs like new! The fact that I drive out of town to have this guy work on my car should tell you something. It s out of my way, but so worth the inconvenience. I feel that his work is impeccable, his prices are fair and most importantly I trust him to do the work on my BMW. I have had nothing but great experiences with him and would not go anywhere else. Great repair shop JKA Automotive is the only place I will take my car for repairs. The staff is friendly, never pushy, and they understand how hard car repairs can be financially. Every repair I've had done here has been of the highest quality. I have never had a bad experience here and am always treated like family.
Bad, Bad and Horrible I took my new 2009 Ford F-150 there for an oil change, transmission flush and new wiper blades...I get my car back with a 4yr old broken transmission, different (bald) tires and my oil wasn't even changed. I brought the truck back to the Ford dealer and asked how this could have happened? The response I received was " The only way this could have happened is if you took the vehicle to a un-trustworthy mechanic for service." The best part is, they even had the nerve to charge me! NEVER AGAIN WILL I EVER ... read more
