I had a terrible experience with Melanie Compton at JK Realty. We worked with her for over 6 months due to a contract she had us sign. She was unprofessional and didn’t listen to our needs or wants. Kathleen Ruhl was such a pleasure to work with! She was very helpful to us and very prompt with her responses. She consistently went above and beyond and treated us as friends with total kindness. This is the worst experience I have had with a realtor, hands down. Came into our house when we were not home and with no warning. ... Since the owner responded to this review with questions here's the answers 1. Your relator with his clients. 2. I did report it to your broker and was told they would call back. 3. You could have addressed it years ago... when I spoke with the Broker. Just for some more context we had dogs in the home that we put up if people were to come over. I was and still am I cannot say enough great things about Angela Clevenger. I have NEVER worked with a realtor who has integrity, is honest and goes the extra mile, then along came Angela. I swear to anyone looking to buy or sell their home, call JK Realty and ask for Angela if your expectations are to be treated with respect, dignity and 100% transparency. This has been an awful experience, my house hs been on the market for 4.5 months now. My agent is not returning my calls, we had a surprise showing on Saturday and the agent for the buyers also stated he never received an answer. I called the listing broker yesterday to be told he was in a training session and would call me back. Surprise no call back. I have tried to be nice and nothing is happening here except they are wasting my money.
