I was physically present and witnessed this entire situation firsthand, and the version being shared is simply not accurate.The young lady arrived with her children, and the owner politely and respectfully explained that children are not permitted in the salon. At no point was she treated harshly or disrespectfully. WORST NAIL SHOP IN MILLWAUKEE ! I am moving from Arizona and am used to class and profession when getting my nails done . I tried to call and make an appointment but they told me they don't care what time you make it because they are walk in only so informed them that I will be up there shortly . If I could give a zero I would me and my cousin went last week to get our brows done to find out Linda doesn’t work there anymore so we let the owner Nena do them .. the brow themselves weren’t that good at all but tolerable.but on top of that whatever razor they are using they are not cleaning both of us broke out our eyebrows had many bumps all around it and our eyes whatever they are using they are not cleaning we will never be back just a warning for any one else that take cleanliness and their face very serious DO NOT G... read more
Been coming here for several months & had good experiences up until last week. My regular lady wasn't there to do my brows & lashes so I let another lady do them & it was terrible. Well because I asked her to take the brow tint off all of them got mad I guess & started talking mess in their language. Well they lost a customer and I gave good tips too. Never again!
