I received a quote for 3 movers at $75/hr. After a few hours the foreman suggested I add another mover to speed up the move. They sent a woman who packed boxes and took apart items that did not need to broken down. Anyway she worked 4 hours of the 8 hour shift. I paid that day and I have now been informed that I owe additional money because they are charging me for the full 8 hours for the additional mover. JK promised to move me into a house April 1st, when the previous tenant was moving out. They got here early and demanded that I rent a storage unit. I had to pay a second moving company and the storage unit to move me at the correct date. No compensation was provided. I had purchased insurance and received $200 towards a completely shredded mattress. I am looking at taking them to small claims court, but they are out of state. I would not use them again, needless to say.
