As a contractor who has worked with J&K Cabinetry Cincinnati / the West Chester location, and dealt with several different reps over the years, I can not recommend asking to speak with Andy enough! Never have had a "bad" experience with the J&K as a whole, but Andy is certainly the quickest to respond, most helpful with orders, will do what he can to rush the assembly/pick up of orders, more so than anyone we've ever dealt with at J&K.
