Best communication and good pricing
Paid Deposit for him to bid on IAAI auction car. He then completely forgets to bid on car and says "its not the end of the world its just a tesla". Wasted 2 hours of my time driving to inspect car and if he placed the bid I would have won the car. Jacek does not know how to do business and appears to be a very sloppy business owner. Maybe a one off, but my experience was infuriating. Insane.
