Absolutely terrible customer service. They are the worst company I have ever dealt with 100% DO NOT EVER USE this company. There contracts are unethical and no matter the verbal lies they tell you to get you to sign the contract are not true at all and you will be locked into 5 year contracts and they will continue to put the prices up during the contract term to force you to agree to the price rises and when you refuse to agree to the price increases they are rude, intimidating and bully you and if you fail to conform they ... read more
Called up with inquiries as to why my bin hasn't been empty two weeks in a row and the woman on the phone didn't want to know about it and said contact council. Let's pass the buck ...no how about you make your lazy driver accountable.
