Great food with lots of options.
JJ's has always been a favorite of our family. This evening was the only time that we've had a bad experience. The food was delicious as always but our service was lacking. Our waiter could tell I wasn't happy and apologized profusely and gave us the reason (not excuse) for the poor service. I felt the need to write this review to let everyone know that nobody is perfect but he came out, took responsibility, apologized and made it right with us. To me, that speaks volumes. love the food! service is always great! Favorite place to eat
Fortunately we have been before and the slow service and food prep is not what we expect. We had to get the food to go because we had to get back to work. hopefully the pulled pork nachos are just as good soggy and cold.
