If you want it done right, hire JJ and team. I was skeptical about 10 (maybe more?) massive trees, stump grinding, giant trees hauled away and all done in 2 days. But JJ and crew got it done. The cleanup was great, and neighbors (us too!) so happy with result.
JJs removed a fifty plus foot dying ash tree from our small back yard next to our garage and many specimen shrubs. Very professional work by crane operator and large crew. No damage to plants or house or neighbors yard and all thoroughly cleaned up. He did an equally perfect job for a neighbor's. trees. A difficult job and very well done. Business owns all the professional equipment used; i.e. no wait for rentals (lift bucket, crane, grinder, log removal truck.
Thanks Jason and team. You are the best! Needed two trees taken out and stumps ground. One of the trees split and fell on our porch this past weekend. Reading reviews on the web (including here at BBB), called JJ's and left message (they were closed for the weekend). Jason got back to me Monday; I sent him pics of the fallen tree; he gave me a rough quote from the pics; stopped by next day to take a look and gave me the same final quote that I agreed to. Backyard Fence recommended them as the neighbor's tree broke my fence last month. The crew removed the tree but left branches all over my yard, which the owner offered to clean-up once the snow cleared. That was on Wednesday, December 3rd.

Within hours we came and cleaned the tree off the fence, so the fence could get repaired. I met with her and told her once the weather warms up and the snow clears we will stop back and do the fine clean up as it hard to clean up saw dust and small twigs that are in the snow. She did text me and I did answer her when she said the following week to come over and do the final clean up but I had a full week scheduled and was unable to get over there. Jason and his crew are top notch. We were so very happy with the work they performed and their overall professionalism. We would recommend them to anyone who needs quality tree removal done by a crew of people that really care about what they do. The really exceeded our expectations. They even cleaned up our yard when done.
