The staff was very friendly, customer service was great. The food, however, was just okay. The brisket was fine and the sides were really generic; the green beans in particular were especially bland. Overall, it's fine if you're hungry and in the mood for Que, but don't expect anything spectacular.

Stopped in night before last for dinner with my husband. Great service, very friendly, clean restaurant and the food was great. Good value for meal. We had the loaded spud with smoked turkey. Try it with the white sauce. Yum!

My family and I just moved to the area. We were told to try JJ's. I have never had a worse experience with customer service. My husband and father both ordered a plate and we did not receive BBQ sauce with it. (The restaurant had closed so we could not go back and get sauce) I called in the morning and spoke with the manager Shelby. She stated that even though we order sauce with our food she could not replace the meal only the sauce. Tried the baked potatoes both me and the wife, they were so cold the butter didn't melt, my wife sent hers back came out warm not hot, also tried the fried mushrooms they came out frozen.
Great food, the sauce is good. Tasty pork sandwich went great with fries and Mac. The owner was friendly and service was quick. It made for a great Sunday Afternoon Stop
