RecommendedFirst time ordering a delivery order from you guys today. I had a side missing from part of my 6-pig pack. I called the restaurant explaining what I was missing. I spoke with a man(forgive me, I'm not sure if he was the owner), and he offered to hand delivery the side personally. I'm about ten miles away. I was shocked and impressed by his going above and beyond. The food is amazing, and the customer service is awesome! Will definitely order again.
Got my husband brisket that was very dry and over cooked, my pork was mushy and didn’t have much flavor. Fries were undercooked. Over all not impressed.
Everything from our Door Dash order was burnt, undercooked or incorrect. They did get the fruit tea correct. I can’t believe they would send an order out in this condition. If you were dining in the restaurant, there is no way they would sit this in front of you at the table without being embarrassed.
We just moved to Spring Hill & tried JJ’s before any other BBQ place.....it was amazing!!! Delicious food & super friendly staff. Wish we could eat there everyday! The loaded potato with pork is to die for!! FYI....if you want delivery use Grubhub instead of DoorDash 😁

From walking in the door...to the last bite, the hospitality was incredible. Most place are looking to sell; these people were truly interested in knowing you were happy with their service AND food. I will definitely return!
