Called ahead of time for a smog check and they said yes they do smog checks but I got there and guess the owner (?) doesn't like running the machine? Super rude.
SCAM! Going to call the BBB which was actually recommended I do from another shop. And call my credit card company. I took my 2013 Civic Saturday morning. Got there within an hour of them opening for a brake and light inspection. After 3 hours of the car being there they said I didn’t leave the keys (okay my bad) so I take 25 mins to come down and drop them off. I think we have separate options but jj misdiagnosed my car and still have same issues they just might be very busy and just pit on their paperwork what's wrong and that costumers state when I never said what was wrong g with the car ,nice people thou bad mechanics in my opinion.
