They left a big nick-scratch on my bumper right before the tailpipe. Whoever was inserting or removing the emission device that's inserted into the tailpipe was careless. I understand my car has chips but the nick is too big to go unnoticed. I've been to several smog checks prior to them and the nick wasn't there until after bringing it to them. Went there for smog check, didn’t pass, cause engine light on, they let me know, I don’t pass when I ask what’s wrong, they say need to run a diagnostic, how much 150$ after paying 59$.. 10 days to fix problems whatever they are..for smog check to not be charged again. just some nit pickers. And I go to work and at night, I notice my left headlight out. Can’t just accuse them but got an oil change a day before and my lights were all good. I don’t know, just giving my honest feedback n experience.

I took both of my pick up trucks for service, to replace AC belt, throttle belt, replace rear main seal and gasket, replace oil pan gasket, remove and repair shift gear, replace spark plugs, replace wiper blades, brake fluid, flush power steering fluid, etc. replace rear brakes replace front wheel bearings and rotors. “Mr. JJ and his employees did an outstanding job” on both of my vehicles. “Mr. JJ is a very honest” and a wonderful person who takes care of his customers.
