My 7 yesr old son and I received service for the first time with Dr. Janet and her amazing staff. Everyone in the office have a warm and inviting, family-oriented synergy that is impeccable! I have been to many dental offices in the past, and Dr. Janet's dental care is superior so far. I look forward to future visits for myself and children!
Highly disappointed with this dental office. Not only did they continue to push an implant I didn't want, they overcharge on every appointment and the waiting is an hour and 20 min. I will not be coming back. Today they told me I ruined Dentists for my son because I appeared to harsh when asking him to be brave while getting his teeth cleaned. Their communication is so rude too.
Listen to the reviews. They take any opportunity to nickel and dime you. A routine visit with an upfront charge of $100 for new clients that has been included with the last 4 dental practices I have been to (traveling nurse). The DDS was on “vacation” during my visit so I never saw anyone other than assistants. I made numerous calls and an in person visit after my appointment to get a refund for the medical billing error. I had an awful experience with this dental office and would not recommend them to anyone. I paid over $1,000 for Invisalign, went through the entire process, and received my first set of trays. After that, the office completely stopped communicating with me. For weeks, I never received a call or update about my remaining trays. When I finally got in touch, they told me my trays were there but refused to let me pick them up. Every time I asked why, they gave a different excuse. I had the worst experience with this Jjp dental practice first of all the dentist Jana Rofoa, and Dr. B. that my insurance company doesn’t cover anything. They said I needed for crowns when I didn’t need any crowns as later told to me by my new dentist. My new dentist told me that Jjp dental care broke a perfectly good crown and since they told me my insurance doesn’t pay for it.
