These reviews were written by either a disgruntled employee, a competitor, or someone trying to discredit JJ&Ks good name. We do everything in our power to resolve an issue a homeowner may have. We have never been contacted by any homeowner regarding any potential issue. Its a shame the internet allows anyone to post false information without identifying themselves or their issue. The integrity of our company is so outstanding we have customers waiting in line for our help.

I'm not sure how this company managed to get 5 stars. I had a terrible experience with them. The owner is completely unprofessional. There is no communication between the owner and his workers that result in many mistakes. If you enjoy managing your own remodeling project, then go ahead and take your chances. I would never use them again.

I am writing this letter to express my pleasure with the quality of work completed by the staff at JJ&K Remodeling. We hired them to do a complete renovation of our kitchen as well as one bathroom. From there we moved on to finishing our basement. Johnny and his staff knew how to do everything we wanted and especially did an excellent job on our new hardwood floors and interior painting.I would not hesitate in recommending them for future business and in fact my wife and I are already planning our next project.

My wife and I have used a number of contractors and JJ&K would be one of the few we would ask to come back and do additional work. One of the reasons for choosing them was the fact they could do it all; electrical, carpentry, plumbing, etc. John was able to come up with a fair estimate and provide a quality job that met our expectations and budget. If we encountered a problem or had questions, JJ&K was quick to respond and resolved it in a timely manner.

I was in need of a variety of household repairs and improvements and was hoping to find one contractor who could do it ALL at a reasonable price. I was given a written estimate and was offered different options about what work absolutely needed to be done and what work I was able to postpone or do myself. I heard about JJ&K through a co worker who had her kitchen remodeled. She was very pleased with their work. So I hired them to renovate the kitchen with new granite countertops and a new set of lights. I also wanted the bathroom shower removed and replaced. JJ&K presented a good proposal and proceeded to perform the work as agreed. We called JJ&K for an estimate to finish our basement. We received other estimates from contractors that were located in Centreville, Sterling and Herndon, VA but none could beat JJ&Ks estimate. JJ&K started in a few days of providing the estimate. We were completely surprised at how quick and efficient the workmen were.
