AWFUL SLUM LORDS. Rents buildings that are NOT up to code legally, refuses communication for MONTHS.
HORRIBLE. Never communicates, tries to dupe you out of your money, makes empty promises to fix problems then tries to charge YOU for them. Refuses to give back security deposit and completely ignores any requests. The property we rented wasn't even up to code. The "manager" Fred is extremely unprofessional, rude, and even threatened tenants. Does not even deserve ONE star.
