I will start by saying we had an excellent experience with the gentleman who came out to quote our gutters and the team that installed. With that being said, communication has been terrible since. I have been calling since the beginning of January to have someone come look at an area that is leaking on the house. We were told after installation that they would come back out and repair. I had heard good things about them and decided to get an estimate. I had called them thrice to get an Estimate and was told that the estimator would call and set the appointment up but no body called. So I had to go with somebody else to do gutters

After over a year of phone calls and emails- most that went unresponded to….JJAM gutters refused to come back out and repair gutters that were installed incorrectly upon initial installation. Due to their installation, the base of my stone columns has had total washout. The receptionist and other employee Libby Baity was rude, unprofessional and unresponsive. I asked for the the owner John to call me to discuss a solution, he never called. I would avoid using this company for any project.
