I bought almost 4 brand new tires. 6:00 p.m. I left. As soon as I drove off I was On the highway. My car was shaking my tire air pressure was 23 as I put my foot on the brakes my car was shaky even worse. Call the shop immediately .. We have been coming to your tire shop for the past three years.. The wait is always a little bit.. But service has always been great. Up until today. We pulled up at 848 am... We asked for two tires from a heavy set younger hispanic guy. He came to the car got both tires off almost immediately as there were only 2 other cars there. We sat waiting until 955 we asked him about how long since it has been almost an hour. He had only had 1 tire changed... RecommendedI was visiting downtown Dallas when I damaged my tire on a curb at 8pm on a Saturday. Living 3 hours away, I needed a different tire right then so that we may travel back home. J&J came up on Google, called down and spoke with the owner was very nice and assured they could help us. When we arrived I was approached in a nice manner and given options and pricing for a new and used tire. Where I live a used tire easily goes for $50-$60. Saved us, Very grateful! They fixed my tire, charged a fair price. Even helped me get my spare back on quick enough I could make my pick up times!
My experience at J&J was less than stellar. First and foremost, the one good star is for the fact that they remain open until midnight. This feat alone is their sole redeemable quality. The lack of any real pricing module is a practice that just screams "bush league" and "con-artist". Couple this with the fact that absolutely no one there appears to know what the price of anything is and you have part of the reason for my frustration.
