I have been very pleased with the company since switching to them several years ago. Have propane and oil service and the technicians and office staff are top notch. I recently had a propane fireplace insert installed and they went way above and beyond in a difficult installation. They simplify customer service by scheduling annual cleaning service and automatic card on file billing. I am very happy with the company, I highly recommend them.
Great outfit! They just helped up grade from oil to gas. This is an inherently challenging undertaking for us -- but working with JP was really a pleasure and he guided us from beginning to end -- professionally, efficiently, with patience for a zillion questions, and reassuring us that it would all work out great -- which it did! Using them for a few years and they are wonderful. Great service, always come when you need them in a timely manner with knowledgeable and friendly service people.
