Highly recommend JJ! Great price, outstanding communication, and incredibly professional from start to finish. He went way out of his way to come out and quote me, was punctual, knowledgeable, and very clearly takes pride in his work! The install was flawless and done efficiently, with everything explained clearly. Easily one of the best, smoothest, and most stress-free transactions I’ve ever had. Would not hesitate to use him again or recommend him to anyone.
So grateful to find him through a friend! Our AC stopped working and making weird noises, thought we needed a new unit! Good thing we went thru JJ! He found a blockage in our pipes and he saved us a ton of money instead of buying a new unit! Definitely will be seeing him from now on for anything that comes up!
From the second JJ picked up the phone, I knew my family was in great hands. Minus 26, no heat, house is down to 10 degrees - calling around, no is answering or I get a sales person who is more interested in confirming an appointment….. JJ says, no problem ill be right over. Shows up promptly and troubleshoots my furnace, while explaining every step in plain english, and gets me up and running in 30 minutes. No extra charges, just a $125.00 callout fee, no upselling, nothing. Now my home is warm again. Thank you JJ. - CC
