I was refer to J&J Tires by another tire shops because they did not have the tires I needed. I was crunch for time and I was able to get it installed and out the door under 1 hour.
I needed a good lightly to new spare. J&J did gave me a nearly new tire with very fast service. This place is honest! It doesn't match the other tires because I neglected to say what kind of tires are on my car. It's working darn well! Very stressful situation for me as one of my wheels flew off on I-5. Thanks to J&J I got back on the road at a reasonable price. Thank you J&J for being there! My son recommended you. I've already passed on the recommendation.
I stopped at their Broadway location and they unfortunately did not have the tires needed for my car but they reached out to their Evergreen location and checked to make sure they had a set. I arrived at the Evergreen location but unfortunately they were super busy. They did however sell me the tires and called their Broadway location and they changed the tires. In total it all took about an hour even with the driving back and forth. Every one I spoke with was professional and super helpful. I will definitely be coming back.
I stopped by without an appointment and was able to purchase two new tires for my Civic at a great price, which they also installed. The entire process took about 20 minutes. I'm extremely happy with the service. Good work, everyone! Thank you!
