Went for mani/pedi before vacation. Older woman did prep on pedi, very aggressive on cuticles. Toes were sore after. While on vacation, started to have swelling and redness. Used bandaid with antibiotic ointment, which took off gel polish. Ended up with staph infection...
They were so rude! Have no good customer service and the owners wife DD or something is always mean mugging and is always super rude when you ask a question. Im not sure what the name of the guy who helped me was but I asked for cheetah print and showed him the Inspo pic MULTIPLE times and explained it how I wanted it to make it easier for him i said “brown oval dots with black outlining it” he proceeds to place the black ON the brown dots and mixes them when he’s doing that I tell him AGAIN it’s suppose to be around the bro... read more
THE OWNER SCREAMED AT MY 2-YEAR-OLD DAUGHTER. I walked in with my niece and daughter, asking for a pedicure and acrylic nails. (I spoke to the wife 1st) She said to sit at 7 for a pedicure and told me to have my niece and daughter sit down in the waiting area. I asked, "Can she wait with me?"
