I've been to J&J nails multiple times. But two weeks ago will be the last time I attend there. My husband got my MIL and myself gift certificates... we both went in there for pedicures and full sets. Mind you, we were the first customers there on a Sunday morning. More people started to come in and got busy really quick. We were both simply getting french tips on both pedicure and full sets. I would put zero stars if I could this is the second time (D or DD or Diane not sure but her name is one of those) made my cuticles BLEED!! She did NOT listen when I asked her to please not put cuticle oil in the bleeding one please just put alcohol she put oil anyway!! Who knows how many more people she has done that to!! All my Cuticles are completely chewed up! I am completely done with this place it has gone DOWN HILL!!! I am sitting here with anxiety wondering what kind of infection I’m going to end up with!!
