Highly recommend. Stayed at one of their apartments in Squirrel Hill for about a year and had no problems.
We have a really bad raccoon problem in our building. They're outside of my bedroom window every night trying to break in, but JJ land simply does not care. There's a hole in the exterior wall that the landlord has known about for months but won't do anything about it. Now a raccoon (or more) has broken into our apartment and is trapped in the bathroom. JJ Land is beyond negligent, go somewhere else for a rental.
They somehow removed my review, this company is AWFUL! They had us living in a basement unit with a bathtub that had RAW SEWAGE coming out of it, and they threatened to take us to court if we didn't pay our rent, while refusing to fix the sewage problem. Keep in mind this was during the height of the Covid pandemic
