They came to the house ASAP (which was the same day) & inspected the unit for the second time. They went in the basement to inspect the hvac? Then it started working! I think it may have been a loose wire or something. They are very professional, respectful, kind & knowledgeable. I would like to use their services again!

Yesterday, I had J&J Heating and Air Conditioning do a thorough deep cleaning of my Ductless Mini-Split system. All I can say is, my wife and I couldn't be happier with the service we had by technicians Tom Everly and his co-worker Mike. They've been great for maintaining my hot and cold systems for over 3 years with the only hiccup losing heat for half a day. Service arrived less than two hours after my call and the unit was fixed in 30min.
