They've been great for maintaining my hot and cold systems for over 3 years with the only hiccup losing heat for half a day. Service arrived less than two hours after my call and the unit was fixed in 30min.
My furnace stopped working and they were able to come out and check it same day. Had to order a part, but they came back out the next day with it. Technicians both days were very nice and they did a great job. Heat is back up running again. My furnace was installed in 1997 by J&J and it’s had minimal issues through the years. Highly recommend them.
I will not recommend or call J&J for any purposes. They installed a mini split, I had the appointment set up, they were supposed to arrive between 6-7 AM which is ridiculous, I was up at 5am to be sure I was ready and area was cleared. At 8 am I called them.. they said they had an emergency call.. ok, you couldn’t call and tell me ?? Was told they’d be there within the hour.. 10 am called again.. oh sorry they are tied up, be there by noon… next call, should be on their way… 1:15 they show and the tech tells me they had to f... read more
