We needed fast service, they came out the same day. We had miscommunication with our movers and they patiently waited to start working on the carpets. He let us know that there had previously been a flood of some sort in this building and that our carpets might smell because of it. That was the case. I contacted them and they came out to spray the carpets the same day to get rid of the smell free of charge. This has been the best experience our company has had with a cleaning service. Trustworthy; kind, fast, did a wonderful job
We have been very pleased with the service. The quality of work has been always been good with no pressure to have something else done. J & J out shines the other carpet cleaning service we used to use before.
I was scheduled with sooner carpet cleaning for 2:30pm two days before thanksgiving. They came and told me they COULD NOT clean my carpets and that they needed replacing. I immediately call J and J flooring at 3:30pm same day, Mr. Chambers answered and was at my house by 4pm. He educated me on my carpet needs and gave me a fair estimate. 90 minutes later he had my carpets clean, refreshed and ready for thanksgiving. J and J truly saved the day!
