James has always been so helpful witt any pest problem I’ve had. He is a great guy and a veteran too.
Great company and employees! The branch manager is always so helpful and kind when he has treated my house. He always shows up when he says he is going to. I've never had any issues with J&J. They deserve a 6 Star Review.
The only reason I am giving J&J any stars is because Rodney was exceptional when setting up my service in August. Ever since August 2025 it has been nothing but issues. A tech was supposed to service our address in November for quarterly service and never showed up or communicated. I called in February when the 3rd visit was supposed to be and was told the November appointment was canceled with no notes, but they would get me on the books for February 2026.
