I would recommend J&J to anyone! I had called J&J late Friday afternoon, and Monday morning Eric was here first thing! Eric was on time, and very understanding! He took the time to explained everything. He listened and answered every question I had!
We originally had an appointment with a different exterminator and after they still had not contacted us TWO hours after our appointment time we contacted J&J and Eric was at our house an hour later! He was very professional and answered all questions we had. Scottie showed up later that evening and sprayed our house, yard and even cleaned up some spiderwebs around the property! 10/10 recommend J&J exterminators! Thank y’all for being so prompt and professional!
What a sanity saver! After contacting the company via online (in the middle of the night), Eric Kober was on site by 9:30am answering questions and completing the inspection. Scotty arrived just after lunch and the initial treatment was completed before our originally scheduled inspection! Scotty Lee is awesome! He went out of his way to ensure the yard was sprayed prior to hurricane Francine. Impressed with these guys and the speedy service!
Brad was on time, explained everything about the service very well, and communicated extremely well with us during the process. Brad demonstrated his passion and knowledge for pest control to the point that we are extremely confident we are getting the best pest control service possible!
