I called them after another company never showed for my appointment and made me waste a day off. I called them they called me and set an appointment. The lady acct manager showed up, she said she could not See where the carpenter ants were coming from she would come back with another coworker to help her, it’s been weeks NO CALL BACK, NO RESPONSE! Such a pleasure to have gotten to speak to Erica Jennison. It was amazing to speak to someone who could understand me and was so knowledgeable with all the questions I had.
