Just started moving in yesterday, Immediately broke my fan (entirely my own fault, pulled on the toggle too hard) and Maintenance was super quick to get it all taken care of. Before movein they gave me a folder of information about the apartment with a little flashlight keychain which was great!
I’ve been a tenant with J&J since the summer of 2020 and they’ve been great! The apartments are kept in great condition and any maintenance requests are dealt with super quick. I just transferred to a different unit in my same building and it was such an easy process; definitely one of the easiest moves I’ve ever done. Management has also been really accommodating to a few modifications I needed due to a disability and that can be really rare to find with property management companies unfortunately. Very good pricing for the size. Apartment was in very good quality when I moved in. New appliances and so on. Everything held together well while I was there.
I’ve lived here for almost 4 years and plan to stay as long as possible. They have great customer service and on site maintenance. There’s a bike room and a laundry room in the building. But the best part is the location!
Our son lived in apartments managed by J&J Equities for two years while at DePaul University. The management and apartments were great! They always responded to maintenance issues if any but those were rare. The property was very clean and safe. Our son loved his time the first year and signed another lease for a second. We highly recommend.
