Dr Cook is awesome, the staff is helpful and the hygienist is very gentle.

My visit was to replace a broken crown and I was a new patient. From scheduling an appointment (which was much sooner than I expected) to the new patient onboarding process, everything was a breeze. On the day of the appointment, I was greeted at the reception in a friendly and caring way, and I only had to wait a few moments before I was called into the back for the procedure. I can't say enough about how wonderful and caring both the doctors and the entire staff are! They are truly the best...and they have been consistently wonderful every time I have been there. I have had general dentistry and dental implants done and I have had exceptional service and attention for both. I can't recommend them enough. I am so happy to have found them!
We have been going to Dr. Cook for years. Couldn't be happier! Even when we have questions about a procedure or an issue, he always addresses the question straightforwardly, honestly, professionally, and kindly. He is good at explaining and seems to genuinely care that the patient understands and is never left confused about whatever service is being performed. Guess we'll be there for many more years!!
As always, friendly staff, comfortable atmosphere, cute Frenchie's to look at which all leads to an calming awesome experience. Highly recommend JJ Dental Cosmetic Dentistry in downtown and Commercial. On Commercial I do my Botox, same experience. They have a new office opening up soon and I'm excited to see it on my next visit.
