When you have serious issues with their work or pricing, they just talk in circles around you, to avoid taking any responsibility. When it seems like the customer is getting the edge, they resort to to putting down your vehicle. Just know uour stuff before you go to any mecjanic.
I have trusted JJ's with all of my auto repair needs since they opened a number of years ago. Never have l been disappointed with the repairs that they have done on my vehicles. I'm most impressed with the time they take to explain what needs to be done and upon completion, what they did. Truly a pleasure to deal with them.
