My daughter had to buy a used tire and they sold and installed a tire with a plug in the sidewall. Illegal. When she went to address it, after waking up to a flat, his son laughed at her and pointed to a sign that said no refunds. I know that they know better, because when I called, the owner said to bring it back and apologized. I know that as a business owner he knows better.
