After Google Reviews, I did come to Jiva Spa on Bloor Street with the expectation that my microdermabrasion would be well done. The owner said I could have a facial and microdermabrasion for a little over $200. Sounded great. When I arrived, there was no sign above the storefront just a lot of rusted metal and I should have accepted it as a sign of neglect and what was to come.
