Wow, where to start. Prior to my appointment in June I called with a question and was met with a very rude and misinformed person on the other end. During the test, they make you walk to the restroom through a public hallway while you're in pajamas and covered in wires. I had to stay for a daytime test, so had run ins with people going to other doctors offices which was embarrassing. I’ve been doing their allergy treatment for a over a year, it has helped a lot, however if you arrive 1min late for your shots they won’t take you in. This is really stupid, specially because it’s weekly shots, and it’s really hard on people that work and have to leave their jobs earlier ( as their cut off is 4:30), if you’re stuck in traffic don’t even try to make it, not even a minute of tolerance, ridiculous!!!!

First of all these people are incompetent. The left hand doesn’t talk to the right. They made me private pay because they said they did not accept Medicare. I have no extra money but I paid them $160 for each visit because I thought I had to. Then when I crucially needed an appointment. They alerted me due to an internal error they can’t accept private pay for Medicare. They then said they were mistaken and they do take Medicare. That have kept all of my prior private pay payments.
