I agreed to schedule with a new allergist for a referral. The allergist seemed nice until I started asking questions and she got what seemed walled off with me. Even said I was free to leave and then that was a bit off putting. She said referrals are done by primary care and then I said the endocrinologist there referred me. Changed her mind and said she would refer me. I said thanks to be civil despite this abrupt treatment although she said she sympathized with my situation and offered no other relief in the meantime. I have northbay but northbays podiatry was pretty full on appointments so my dr sent a podiatry referral to jivahealth in an effort to get me seen sooner. They've canceled/rescheduled on me 4 times! Twice while I was already on my way to the appointment so a complete waste of my time and gas. Maybe other services they offer are fine but from what I can tell their podiatrist just cancels appointments left and right. I haven't even seen what the building looks like because they keep canceling, meanwhile I have to keep waiting ... read more

So I had my first appointment with Jiva. The entire process was great. The office staff is super friendly and professional. I feel the Doctor is extremely knowledgeable in her field as the questions and concerns were all discussed about my medical history and treatment moving forward. I feel extremely Blessed that my current doctor referred me to Jiva.
