Jitterz serves the finest and freshest coffee in Dubuque. Our beans are roasted locally in small batches, at Badger Brothers Coffee in Platteville, Wisconsin. We fresh-bake our scones from scratch daily, and offer gluten-free muffin options (but they all go fast, so come early if ya can!) This is the best coffee shop in the downtown area. The servers are friendly and efficient and do everything they can to make your experience great. With your coffee or tea, you can choose from a variety of homemade muffins, croissants, and other delectable baked goods. They also have delicious soups and the best chili I have ever tasted.
RecommendedJitterz is fantastic! Not only do they make AMAZING pastries and coffee, but they have wonderful customer service. They also get major bonus points for being so diligent during this time of Covid-19 to make sure their customers have the safest experience possible while getting their cuppa jo. I would highly recommend them!
Stopped in last week for lunch and the customer service was horrible. The gal working couldn't tell us any lunch specials. There wasn't a menu to be found. We were told a menu could be found on Facebook if we wanted to look it up. We left and took our business elsewhere. Not the way to sell your services. You should go out of your way to sell yourself if you want customers to buy from you. We frequent the down town restaurants as we work down here. I am very sorry that you were dissatisfied. I am transitioning from take out to sit down with very limited resources or staff. These times have been trying and I realize that as businesses open back up, it will be a challenge. My menu changes daily and I offer Facebook menus daily as a contactless option, but I know not having it printed can be an inconvenience. Best coffee in town and always a pleasant visit. Amazing food, people and location. The baristas are extremely polite and just all around a wonderful atmosphere. I definitely reccomend Jitterz!💓💓

Best coffee in town, and honestly the best coffee I have ever had, the baked goods are phenomenal and the owner along with her staff are very wonderful. You can get soup, sandwiches and much more.
Our favorite coffee joint! They are always preparing delicious eats, from the pastries to their soups and sandwiches, always SO AMAZING!! We exclusively drink Badger Brothers Coffee at home thanks to Jitterz!!
