Was just at Jitters with my husband. I ordered a coconut vanilla iced latte as well as the chicken cobb salad. My husband ordered a breakfast sandwich. My latte was terrible. There was no hint of coconut or vanilla in it. It tasted of stale coffee and regret. We waited as they slowly made our food, which was not worth the money. There were enough people working that our simple order shouldn't have taken long. And yet we waited a good amount of time.
