Hiring managers in this company are very exploitive. I was called in to an interview twice and even after telling them I recently graduated with a bachelors degree they could not help me fulfill a role. Managers seem very money driven. I would stay away from this company. Stick with Shiftgig instead of Jitjatjoe.
The entire team at Jitjatjo has gone above and beyond my expectations. I used them for the first time last night, to staff an event in an intimate setting. The staff provided was professional, graceful and charming. She was excellent at her job, which allowed me to be excellent at my job as the chef! I will continue to use Jitjatjo for my events and recommend to all as well. AND the app is really such an easy way to go about staffing...
They can take you or leave you. They don't care about quality service. You just have to be able to get to the interview on time ( don't be 5 mins late) then you have the GiG. I would never staff an event with the people they hire that have no experience. Shift Gig is better!
