This company is terrible TERRIBLE! They do not care about the people that work for them , they only care if the client has a problem. I can’t remember how many times I’ve done a gig and had to wait a week and half or more to be paid (they have an instant pay option) . I did a gig on March 1st for 9hrs and have still yet to be paid! Even after I pressed insta-Pay ( which is another scam, nothing instant about it). I’ve been calling the offices since March 5th and you’d think I’d was BOTHERING THEM! I used to really enjoy working here. The people are great, the jobs are interesting and I have learned a lot from my time here. Definitely expanded my skill set beyond my expectations. I’ve worked at Carnegie Hall, VIP record label parties, drag queen brunch, Hudson Yards, Colombia University, Gracie Manson, MOMA, etc. The variety has given me an opportunity to see all of New York City from all angles. Very bad app- Friends got no gigs then I went to try it for myself with my years of experience on my field and the interviewer seem fake like he did not care. I was told on an email that they did not need my services and to apply again in 6 months!!! stupid app
I was on board for about a month and within that time,I was booked for only two gigs,which was short notice.The ppl who work for Jitjatjo give you the impression that its a steady gig and its not.I ended up getting another job .I got the vibes that the workers recieve incentives when they invite us in..Ill pass
