I am a former client of two HIGH end hair salons on Newbury Street and Chestnut Hill. My stylists became ill and had to retire. I was at my nail salon and this beautiful woman walked in with an amazing hair style. Everyone noticed her. The nail tech asked where she went to get her hair styled and she said, "a place in Hyde Park...Angelia at Jireh." Jireh beuty salon and spa is an exellent example of great customer service. The staff is dedicated and loving. They welcome you with open arms and are extremely attentive. May God bless this establishment.
I didn't get what I originally wanted done to my hair because the stylist was kind of pushy about not wanting to do it, but I am pleased with what I got done. I was also quoted $35 on the phone and told it would cost $50 to straighten my hair once the stylist already washed my hair. While I am pleased with my hair and experience, the only really great thing about the salon, was I was in and out the door in less than two hours and it was super clean.

A few months ago I was in a huge hurry and ran into Jireh for a wax ,and then again today . These ladies are wonderful, they make you feel comfortable while in their shop . I will definitely be recommending this place to everyone I know .
