I used to love this place. But I went in for a to-go order, and only HALF my order was taken. And then, with the complete order in 2 bags, the spiciest broth was put with the vegan order; but the order that was supposed to be spicy wasn't even remotely spicy. After calling, the staff offered an apology and the possibility of a credit; but I live in Downtown and don't normally drive as far as Midtown. So, I don't think I will be taking them up on that offer.
