Extremely disappointing experience. Communication has been virtually nonexistent. There is no reliable way to reach the doctor or their assistant by phone. I left five voicemails over the course of more than a week and never received a callback. Whenever I called the office, I was repeatedly transferred from one clinic to another without anyone taking ownership or providing assistance. Dr Zhang was amazing! I suddenly developed a full body rash, Dr Zhang was able to provide treatment and excellent care. My rash was completely gone after completing treatment and has not returned since. I would highly recommend!!!
